Shipping Delays Due To COVID-19

We are continuing to work as normal and most of our items are packed and sent out same day. However, due to the unprecedented and unpredictable situation we currently find ourselves in, we are experiencing delays on some shipments reaching our customers. This affects furniture, lighting, art and other products that are sent direct from our suppliers.


If your order includes an affected item, our customer services team will be in touch with an approximate delivery date.

Please note that there may be further delays in delivery which are out of our control.  

If your order is delayed we will always give you the option of a refund or, if you choose to wait, will give you timely updates as and when we receive them.


Please bear with us and rest assured that we are doing everything we can to provide you with the best service possible. 


Three delivery options are available - Next Day, Standard 5-7 Day and Pick Up from our warehouse in Altrincham. Some products

are sent direct from our suppliers. Where this is the case we will indicate expected delivery days for the item on the product page.


Any order placed before 12 noon will be processed on the same day, orders placed after this may be processed the following day. Please note all parcels must be signed for. Next Day delivery is only guaranteed on orders placed before 12 noon.

Please note: We regret that we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, PO Boxes or BFPO locations at this time.

If you choose to pick up your items we will email you when your package is ready. The address of our warehouse is 41, Craven Road, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 5HJ.
